Quality Policy

The company has excellent quality assurance systems. The plant has been accredited with ISO 9001 :2015. For its quality systems by TUV, Austria.The company usually supplied extrusions as per the tolerances prescribed by the Bureu of Indian Standards (BIS). The company is well-equipped to supply extrusions as per the tolerences specified vide similar standards , such as BS, DIN & other and also as per customers specification, by mutual agreement.

Quality Standards

At Rohit Precision Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we believe that our success depends entirely on delivering the quality customer requirement. Our policy is to attain & wherever possible exceed the standard expected by our valued customers. This is achieved by continuous improvement programmed in process discipline, manufacturing method & quality system.

We have quality checks at below stages

  • NALCO raw material inward inspection of chemical composition.
  • At the time of production, Mill finish material checked by quality person as a chemical composition by spectrometer, hardness, UTS, Elongation by UTM.
  • Also Profile projector reading of major dimensions are done during development.
  • 0.2% Proof stress, Flatness, Twist & Bend checking is done on surface plate.
  • According to customer demand, We check Electrical Conductivity also.
